Is Physical Relationship the Road to Piece

*is bodily rest the street to peace?*

it’s a not unusual notion (concept) to consider peace as being carefully related to the beauty of nature - the play of waves on a seaside, the blowing of wind through a woodland, the soaring and swooping of sea gulls; in short, something faraway from the push and hurry of the city. we also associate peace with a few physical form of relaxation like headphones plugged into soothing song, a hot bathtub after a tough day, a brisk stroll within the park, and so on.

*in meditation we comprehend peace to be our very essence (nature); we recognize very speedy,*

*trying to extract peace from the world around us or maybe from a few bodily sensations in our personal our bodies gives us handiest a brief experience of it. as soon as we begin meditating, we begin to see bodily rest as an *break out *from tension and no longer a *answer *for it; we now not see the beautiful scenes of nature as sources radiating *permanent *peace. however in fact it is their mere absence of battle, their concord of colours, paperwork and sounds which briefly appeal to us. there is some thing in every people which cries out to be free from war. *we find out that "small voice" or want is only our genuine nature demanding to be recognized. *we recognize that neither the frame nor nature can give the peace that the soul was yearning for, however it must be tapped from within. having located it, it stays consistent, whether or not within the city or countryside, in comfort or discomfort. inside the midst of noise and confusion, peace is virtually our personal.
